Jumada-Al-Thani is the name of sixth month in the Islamic calendar. Meaning of name of this month is second month of summer. This month is following the first month of summer therefore it is given this name. Salaasil battle started in this month in past. Month of Jumada-Al-Thani is also associated with the death of Hazrat Abu Salam (R. A.). This month is indicating the end of summer season which was started in the previous month.

Name of this month is suggesting that the time of summer is about to an end and the new weather is going to be started. The peak of summer is achieved in the previous month and the weather is now going towards reducing in the hot times. As the weather is hot therefore people are using thin clothes in the month of Jumada-Al-Thani. Different modes are used by people for keeping them cool and remain safe from hot conditions in weather.

This month is warm therefore people are using fans and coolers for coolness. Jumada-Al-Thani is a hot month due to which it is given this name. Jumada-Al-Thani is warm and people are using different types of patterns for having comfort in this month. Special food items are used which are not hot and can keep the body cool.
